Não servem mais Coração&lt;/b&gt; ( Gente ?? Uma boa decoração, diz bem que é um restaurante italiano, mas sem o peso da breguice italiana, mesas diversas, bem distribuídas, bastante madeira escura em três ambientes. Garçons solícitos que ajudam as refeições fluírem bem, sempre rola aquela atenção às taças e às predileções dos clientes que já adotaram o lugar. Vejo muita gente traçando comparações com o bistrô, por exemplo. Ao contrário do que eu pensava a comida é ótima e o preço também.&lt;br /&gt;Pedi um PF R$7,00 ! Vamos por partes:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;O Local e agradável&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;O preço é salgado &lt;b&gt;R$ 22,90&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Feijao Farofado estava GELAAADO e DURO !!!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Não tinha batata frita&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strogonoff de frango não tinha gosto de Strogonoff&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;As carnes na Chapa e o Frango estavam muito Amassados ! Perderam a suculencia, e o sabor nao era aquela coisa !&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Enfim, parecido com o concorrente Sabor a Kilo ! Como ja estou meio enjoado da comida do RU resolvi dar uma chance ao local !&lt;br /&gt;Assim que entrei gostei do lugar, bem arrumadinho, um pouco moderno, limpo e organizado ! Ponto ! &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Nota 9 pro local !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando cheguei ao bifé vi que não tinha nada de excepcional, aquelas coisinhas de sempre, a variedade não muito grande e os pratos não estavam chamativos e apetitosos. &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Nota 6,8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Optei por pegar arroz, feijão farofado e um peixe empanado com molho ( Eu pensei que era frango so descobri na hora em que fui comer rsrsrsr)&lt;br /&gt;Na hora de pesar quase tive um treco ! Só não larguei o prato lá pq eu tenho vergonha ! R$22,90 o Quilo ! Um Absurdo ! Pelo menos vamos ver se a comida é boa né ? afinal pelo preço ela tem de ser ótima !&lt;br /&gt;Arroz estava bom, o Feijão farafado estava GELAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADO !!!!! e o sabor deixou muito a desejar ! &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Nota 0 !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O Filé de peixe empanado com o Molho estava até gostozinho, so que tinha mta espinha nesse filé ! &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Nota 7,8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando fui pagar a conta tinha um bombom caseiro de brigadeiro, eu cai na bestera de perguntar o preço como se eu já não tivesse sido esfaqueado o bastante ! R$2,00 !! O que me restou então foi a Bella Pizza ou Fornalha, como a Bella Pizza fica em um lugar meio deslocado resolvi apostar na Fornalha, e para minha surpresa a escolha foi boa !&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;O Pedido foi uma Pizza Grande (8 Fatias) Baiana II ( Carne Seca e Catupiry) Portuguesa e Peito de Peru.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;O Sabor Estava ótimo ! a massa também estava no ponto, assim como o recheio, muito Bom !&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Na hora que foi o movimenta já estava ralo, afinal eram quase 23:00, o pedido veio rápido !&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Dando uma Olhada no cardápio quase cai de costas !! &lt;b&gt;R$30,00&lt;/b&gt; a pizza grande O.o Com esse valor em Caculé dá pra pedir 2 Grandes !!! Meu prato preferido é a Picanha na Chapa, você pode pedi-la de 2 maneiras: Completa ou Simples. A diferença são os acompanhamentos, arroz, feijão farofado e salada. Ainda mais sabendo que devido às novas instalações o movimento aumentaria !! E o PIOR, nao cortaram as pontas antes de cozinhar, foi uma &lt;b&gt;Raiz &lt;/b&gt;pro meu prato !!!! Procurei em Brumado e Conquista sem sucesso ! Eis que minha Tia Andrea de Salvador comprou e me falou, foi ai que eu pedi pra ela me mandar ums pacotes.&lt;br /&gt;Resolvi fazer uma espécie de Taco Mexicano com a massa, recheado com carne moida, salada e levado ao forno. Ficou mto bom !!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Conclusão e Análise:&lt;/b&gt; A massa realmente é muuito saborasa, prática e crocante, muito boa mesmo. É VICIANTE ! caiu muito bem para um entrada, quem gosta de uma cervejinha é um ótimo acompanhamento ;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',Times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size: 100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Para a  massa: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dissolva os 25 g de fermento biológico em 1 colher (chá) de açúcar e  1 colher (chá) de sal.&lt;br /&gt;Junte 1 colher (chá) de azeite e 300 ml de água  morna.&lt;br /&gt;Aos poucos, acrescente 500 g de farinha de trigo.&lt;br /&gt;Misture bem até  formar uma massa homogênea (por cerca de 5 min).&lt;br /&gt;Deixe a massa descansar  coberta com um pano por 30 minu (até dobrar de volume).&lt;br /&gt;Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"&gt;Dica: para que a massa fique mais crocante, adicione 2 colheres (sopa)  de aguardente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Divida a massa em 6 bolinhas de mais ou menos 130 g.&lt;br /&gt;Abra com um rolo cada bolinha formando discos bem fininhos e coloque numa  forma de pizza em posição invertida. Misture até que fique um líquido. Acrescente a água e mexa. Reserve. Numa vasilha grande coloque a farinha (reserve um pouco), o ovo levemente batido, o queijo ralado, o açúcar, o óleo (de boa qualidade, de milho ou girassol) e o fermento reservado. Misture tudo com as mãos, adionando, aos poucos, a farinha reservada. Sove a massa sobre superfície lisa e enfarinhada. Tudo muito simples, misturinha da calda junta-se com o leite e a do bolo vai pra batedeira junto com manteiga, ovos, leite e uma pitada de sal(por minha conta rsrs). Na assadeira coloca-se a mistura do bolo depois por cima com uma colher vai jogando a calda....&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Aspectos: &lt;/b&gt;Na imagem a calda parece que desce e invade o bolo, isso não aconteceu tão explicitamente como na foto.... ela ficou por cima em 98% do bolo. Demorei um pouco pra acostumar com o sabor, pois nao sou fã de mistura pronta para bolo e achei com muito gosto de essência... depois de algumas garfadas me acostumei e achei gostoso, recomenda-se comer quente e com sorvete, porém comi puro mesmo. A textura do bolo não é daqueles fofinhos, é meio molinha, o sabor da calda é ótimo, especialmente quando está quente.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Conclusão:&lt;/b&gt; Enfim, valeu a pena é um produto diferente e gostoso, além de ser fácil de fazer ! Os cookies vêm embalados individualmente em um saquinho super xik ! e vem escrito "Receita Especial", mó pressão hein ?? Engraçado que encima de todos os cookies tem um furinho encima, provavelmente por onde é injetado o recheio, furo esse inexistente na foto ilustrativa. Comprei numa lanchonete R$2,00 (Carinho né ?) confesso que ao comprar não estava levando muita fé no produto, mesmo tendo um preço um tanto alto, porém me surpreendi !&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;No aspecto visual é muito parecido com a foto da embalagem tanto interna quanto extrenamente, o aerado é bem definido.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;A Textura do chocolate é firme e quando colocado na boca é possível perceber todo o aerado que dá nome ao produto, parece flutuar na boca, bem leve.... Como vocês podem ver na foto a imagem ilustrativa é parecida com a real, a imagem na caixa nao aparenta ser toda aquela cremosidade e tal... e nao é mesmo !
